Managing Public Risks Series

If  you want a workshop scheduled in your area, get on the calendar today!

All risk professionals face everyday challenges when striving to provide optimal service to the public, while reducing their organizations' risk from an increasingly litigious society. It's not an easy balancing act. To assist you with this challenge, PRIMA provides this workshop series.

The aim of this training series is provide risk professionals with real-life suggestions on how to reduce injuries, liabilities and costs within their communities, while at the same time maximizing the benefits of the entity's activities. Recognizing that risk is a large part of many professional and recreational activities, this program also provides easy-to-follow steps to protect your organization from liability losses stemming from the injuries that result, despite your best efforts.

The series offers separate workshops on the real life issues and solutions for specific areas, such as small town risks, effective signage, police liability risks, winter weather risks, parks, recreation, trails, roads and more!

Participants will receive specific in-depth information on controlling and minimizing liability negligence, accidents and injuries.

Practical take-away tools will be provided at the sessions, such as: written policies, signs, inspection forms, sample waivers and facility use agreements. All participants receive a copy of the manual pertinent to their course, in addition to the unique training experience.

 Attendee reviews:
