Student scholar Kaylee will discuss her experience at PRIMA’s 2022 Annual Conference. Kaylee is a graduate student studying public administration at Texas State University.

Attending the conference gave Kaylee better understanding on individuals who take risk into account and then manage that risk in their fields.

Kaylee Boggan
Public Administration Major, Texas State University

Kaylee is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a bachelor’s degree in political science and English. Her interests and research are focused on public policy, linguistics and environmental science. Currently, she is a second-year graduate student at Texas State University pursuing a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration on water conservation. Further, she has a background in teaching, law (as a paralegal), public policy, tech and the nonprofit sphere. When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, swimming, reading, writing, singing, and hanging out with friends and family. She is an aspiring public administrator and conservationist.
