Earle previously served as a law enforcement officer for 32 years (1987-2019) in various positions, including nine years as the of Chief of Police of the Gloucester Township Police Department in New Jersey.
He also regularly presents on the topics of leadership, violence prevention, and risk management.

Earle assist clients in recognizing risk, challenges, and designing and implementing risk control and safety programs to mitigate losses and improve the overall safety environment.
