Randy is co-founder of E3 Professional Trainers, a training firm that provides workplace and life training for individuals, teams and companies. Before starting E3 in 2005, Randy spent 20 years in sales and management. His career path has allowed him to work with virtually every type of business and in every industry. From that experience, he developed strategies that help people become more engaged in their job, better equipped to do it, and to feel empowered to have greater influence at work and enjoy more fulfillment in life. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in communications from Texas Tech University in 1990, Randy received the designation of Certified Speaking Professional.
